1. Legal Right of Return
According to current legislation (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014), you have the right to return any product purchased from this site within 14 calendar days from the date of receiptwithout providing a reason.
To initiate a return, you must contact us in writing at contact@mandalamindfulness.com, with the subject line “Return Request”. Please include:
- Full name,
- Date of purchase,
- Product name,
- and s recent photo of the product (if there are concerns regarding its condition).
2. Conditions for Accepting Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, without signs of wear, damage, or modifications.
- Original packaging (where applicable) should be preserved to protect the product during transport.
- The product must be sent back in suitable packaging that ensures its protection.
All products are photographed before shipping. If the returned product shows damage, the refunded amount will be reduced proportionally, based on the assessment of its condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
3. Exclusions from Return
Products made to order or customized cannot be returned, according to Article 16(c) of GEO 34/2014..
4. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed to the bank account you provided within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
If there are uncertainties regarding the product’s condition, we reserve the right to request additional explanations or photos.
5. Post-Sale Support (Outside Legal Obligations)
Although we do not provide a formal warranty service, in certain special cases we are willing to offer support for adjustments or minor repairsas appropriate.
If minor defects appear over time (e.g., accidental detachment of a mosaic piece) and the product has been used properly, you can write to contact@mandalamindfulness.com, attaching:
- a short description of the situation,
- and a clear photo of the affected item.
We will review each case individually and, if possible, offer a solution for repair, adjustment, or partial replacement (where feasible).
Important note: This type of support does not constitute a guaranteed service or part of the product price and is provided exceptionally, as the nature of the artwork allows.
6. Proper Use of Products
The products offered are decorative and artistic objects, such as paintings, mirrors, magnetic boards or similar items.
Proper use means:
- Displaying them indoors, away from excessive moisture, direct heat, or mechanical shocks;
- Avoiding frequent handling or storage under improper conditions;
- Following the prescribed mounting or fixing instructions (where applicable).
Improper use voids the possibility of refunds or subsequent interventions.
7. Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before shipment by sending an email to: contact@mandalamindfulness..com. If the product has already been shipped, the standard return procedure applies.
