The purpose of this site is to offer original artworks, decorative objects inspired by symbols and harmony, as well as personal development and mindfulness counseling services.

Some graphic elements may represent artistic reinterpretations or include visual symbols inspired by public or licensed sources (such as Canva, Pixabay, etc.), used in compliance with usage rights. 3. Products and Services
All products are handmade, and each piece is unique. Minor variations between photographs and the delivered product may occur, as these are natural expressions of handmade work.
For custom orders, prior contact via the website form or email is required. Confirmation may involve a discussion regarding details and delivery terms.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices are listed in Romanian Lei (RON) and represent the final purchase price. The Sole Proprietorship is not a VAT payer according to current tax regulations.
Payment Methods:
- Online card payment – securely processed via Netopia (MobilPay). Card details are not stored by the website.
- Bank transfer – available in certain situations, upon request. Customers must send an email with the desired product details. Bank information will be sent manually. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered by courier within 2–7 business days, depending on product availability and location. In case of unexpected delays, you will be notified by email.
Deliveries are managed via ColeteOnline.ro. Any issues arising from the delivery process (delays, lost parcels, damage, etc.) that are solely the responsibility of the courier must be addressed directly with them. However, we are available to assist in resolving issues insofar as they involve our direct activity.
6. Payment Processors and Third-Party Platforms
Payments made through this site are securely processed via Netopia MobilPay. Any errors, delays, or malfunctions during payment processing that are solely attributable to Netopia should be addressed directly to their support service. We are also committed to assisting, where possible, in facilitating communication with them if needed.
This site is built on WordPress and uses third-party functionalities (plugins, themes, hosting services). Technical issues arising from these services are not the direct responsibility of the site owner. Nevertheless, we will take all reasonable steps to resolve any technical deficiencies in a timely manner.
7. Return Policy
You have the legal right to return a product within 14 days of receipt. Returns are accepted only if the product is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, without signs of damage or use.
Products are photographed before shipment. If returned in a damaged state, the refunded amount will be reduced proportionally, based on the degree of damage.
Return costs are borne by the customer.

Personal data collected through this site is used solely for administrative purposes: order confirmation, issuing invoices, and communicating with users.

Services offered through this site fall under the category of Personal Development Counseling, according to current legislation. Their purpose is to support self-awareness, clarify personal goals, and explore internal resources in a safe environment.
