Legal Right of Return<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to current legislation (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34\/2014), you have the right to return any product purchased from this site <strong>within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt<\/strong>without providing a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To initiate a return, you must contact us in writing at <strong>contact@mandalamindfulness.com<\/strong>contact@mandalamindfulness.com, with the subject line \u201cReturn Request\u201d. Please include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full name,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date of purchase,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product name,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and a recent photo of the product (if there are concerns regarding its condition).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Conditions for Accepting Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product must be returned <strong>in the same condition in which it was delivered<\/strong>, without signs of wear, damage, or modifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original packaging (where applicable) should be preserved to protect the product during transport.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product must be sent back <strong>in suitable packaging<\/strong> that ensures its protection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All products are photographed before shipping<\/strong>. Post-Sale Support (Outside Legal Obligations)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although we do not provide a formal warranty service, in certain special cases we are willing to offer <strong>support for adjustments or minor repairs<\/strong>, as appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If minor defects appear over time (e.g., accidental detachment of a mosaic piece) and the product has been used properly, you can write to <strong>contact@mandalamindfulness.com<\/strong>, attaching:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a short description of the situation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and a clear photo of the affected item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will review each case individually and, <strong>if possible<\/strong>, offer a solution for repair, adjustment, or partial replacement (where feasible).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important note:<\/strong>This type of support does not constitute a guaranteed service or part of the product price and is provided <strong>exceptionally<\/strong>, as the nature of the artwork allows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Proper Use of Products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The products offered are decorative and artistic objects, such as <strong>paintings, mirrors, magnetic boards<\/strong> or similar items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Proper use<\/strong> means:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Displaying them indoors, away from excessive moisture, direct heat, or mechanical shocks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoiding frequent handling or storage under improper conditions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Following the prescribed mounting or fixing instructions (where applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Improper use voids the possibility of refunds or subsequent interventions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.
