Am r\u0103t\u0103cit, am studiat, am schimbat direc\u021bii \u0219i <strong>am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat s\u0103 \u00eembr\u0103\u021bi\u0219ez procesul<\/strong>, nu doar rezultatul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Profesii<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>De-a lungul anilor, am acumulat un bagaj variat de experien\u021be practice \u00een domenii diverse, de la analiz\u0103 de date, management de proiect, rela\u021bii cu clien\u021bii, p\u00e2n\u0103 la lucrul \u00eentr-o clinic\u0103 de psihiatrie \u0219i psihologie \u0219i \u00een propriul cabinet de psihologie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fiecare etap\u0103 m-a preg\u0103tit, \u00een felul ei, pentru urm\u0103toarea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Geografie<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenainte de a p\u0103trunde \u00een universul interior, am c\u0103l\u0103torit cu mintea \u0219i pasul prin h\u0103r\u021bi mai concrete: am studiat Geografia turismului ca prim\u0103 facultate \u0219i apoi am urmat un master \u00een Sisteme Informa\u021bionale Geografice &#8211; UB, Bucure\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat s\u0103 m\u0103 orientez \u00een spa\u021biul fizic \u0219i digital, s\u0103 citesc simboluri, s\u0103 interpretez \u0219i s\u0103 parcurg trasee, s\u0103 respect echilibrul ecosistemelor \u0219i, poate cel mai important, <strong>s\u0103 respect natura<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Psihologie<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Am urmat facultatea de Psihologie la Cluj (UBB), iar apoi un master \u00een Psihologie clinic\u0103 \u0219i Psihoterapie sistemic\u0103 de familie (UVT, Timi\u0219oara). \u00cen paralel, am urmat o serie de cursuri de formare continu\u0103 \u00een psihologie \u0219i am ob\u021binut o certificare de Consilier pentru dezvoltare personal\u0103 (acreditat\u0103 ANC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cum mereu m-au atras profunzimile, inclusiv cele ale psihicului, am urmat o formare de 4 ani \u00een Consiliere psihodinamic\u0103 \u0219i Psihoterapie psihanalitic\u0103 (ACPPB, Bucure\u0219ti). Acolo am \u00eenceput s\u0103 \u00eei studiez mai \u00een detaliu opera \u0219i sistemul de g\u00e2ndire ale lui Wilfred Bion, iar traseul meu s-a bifurcat \u00een mod natural, la momentul potrivit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ArtTherapy \u0219i Mindfulness<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ultimii doi ani, c\u0103l\u0103toriile mele interne au fost mult mai solitare, dar profund transformatoare. Le-am navigat descoperindu-mi pas cu pas ritmul \u0219i limitele personale prin stretching, reconectare cu natura, alimenta\u021bie echilibrat\u0103, introspec\u021bie \u0219i medita\u021bie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fost o perioad\u0103 creativ\u0103, orientat\u0103 spre scris, design web, mandale, pictur\u0103 \u00een acuarel\u0103 \u0219i cursuri de ArtTherapy Life Coach \u0219i Mindfulness Educator. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00cen prezent<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul Mandala Mindfulness s-a dezvoltat \u00een paralel cu mine \u0219i devine treptat un cadru \u00een care \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219esc energia experien\u021belor academice, profesionale \u0219i personale \u00eentr-un <strong>spa\u021biu viu, autentic \u0219i atent<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vei descoperi aici instrumente, resurse \u0219i contexte \u00een care s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi con\u0219tientizezi resursele interne, s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi redescoperi ritmul natural \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021bi s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi onorezi drumul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cu r\u0103bdare. Cu luciditate.
